Install agile thinking to business people
I set the OKR for this quarter (2023 4Q) as follows:
Objective: Install agile thinking to business people
Out of scope: I don't intend to make business people adopt agile methodology or even consider agile thinking to be great. I just want them to know what agile is.
Key results:
- I give my presentation about agile to at least 40 business people in my company
- I discuss the relationship between agile and the current workflow with at least 10 business people
Background
Many development teams have adopted Scrum, but simply changing the way they work to Scrum does not make it easy for them to adapt in a more agile way, based on feedback from delivering outcomes. In order to solve this problem, I wanted to let business members know and understand the vision that development teams are aiming for with agile methodology.
